Women in Leadership: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome & Gender Inequality
As women become more visible in leadership roles, it's important to recognise the challenges they face in the workplace. Increased pressure and self-awareness, fighting against gender stereotypes and imbalance, and impostor syndrome hinder women's ability to focus on the job they were hired (and are qualified) to do.
