Mi Hub is the UK’s largest supplier of corporate clothing, workwear and PPE solutions to businesses and individuals, trading internationally through its Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy and Affinity brands.
With an increased focus on developing marketing strategies for the group brands, the motivation to attend this course was to learn innovative models, concepts and ideas to improve the performance and effectiveness of the marketing planning and strategy.
The course gave insight into the macro and micro environment, segmentation, targeting, and positioning, the marketing mix, extended marketing mix, and strategic marketing plans.
Applying the learning
I’ve added lots of models to my personal toolkit and look forward to using them in the near future to help drive the group forward through marketing innovation.
Our marketing needs to remain competitive and the insight will provide a framework of strategic tools to make improvements in all our marketing activity.
Strategic marketing management is a powerful organisational process to better reach and satisfy customers while increasing profitability and productivity. It will also help the business become more innovative and succeed in the marketplace.
I would recommend this course; the syllabus was energetically delivered which has resulted in me adding lots of strategic models to my marketing toolkit.
