Directors Development Programme Accelerator

Alex Peel is an Area Director for ACAS. 

ACAS is a non-departmental public body for the government of the UK. Specialising in workplaces, ACAS provides a consultative service to answer queries of employees and employers. They give free an impartial advice to individuals and workplaces across the UK. 

Alex Peel was not yet a board member when they attended our Directors Development Programme Accelerator. They attended the programme to learn best practice and to gain some board level training. They also attended the programme to learn relevant tips to be able to develop within their role and to also progress further. 

Alex found all 5 days to be beneficial to their role. They found the training to be highly relevant to their role and it suited their career aspirations well. They found that the sessions have given them helpful knowledge and information that will benefit them in their current role and enable them to progress into the next step of their career.  

Alex has found that the lessons that were taught by the tutors were highly relevant. They found that the lessons taught on the programme were enlightening and helpful for their current role, and they also suited their career aspirations. At the time of taking the programme, Alex was not yet a board member. They found that our Directors Development Programme Accelerator was a good introduction to board level training.
