The Learning Objectives and Challenges
As a Business Development Manager for a non-profit charity, Cassie Stubbs decided to attend In Professional Development’s Sales Leadership and Management Programme – CMI Level 5 in order to learn practical leadership skills and useful knowledge for her role.
The Learning Experience
Overall, Cassie found the tutor to be highly engaging throughout the training course. He also demonstrated a vast knowledge in leadership and different leadership and management methods. He was also able to provide delegates with very clear advice when they asked him specific questions about specific workplace examples, but he also encouraged the delegates to find answers for themselves in certain situations. Cassie found the breakout sessions to be particularly useful as a way to learn from other delegates and their different experiences, workplaces, and the concerns that they have.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
The course taught Cassie many useful skills for her role, and meeting the other delegates showed her that she was not alone in the different challenges and areas of management and leadership.
