David attended our Digital Leadership Programme to learn new skills for their role. They aimed to learn from shared experiences, share their own experiences, interact with other members of the group and to engage in group discussions. These were the key ways David would learn from the programme.
The Learning Experience
David found the content and the coverage of the programme to be excellent. He loved the participative element of the programme. He found the discussions within the group to be very useful to his role. He also valued the interactions between the group and the programme tutor. He appreciated and learned a lot from the shared experiences of other members of the group, and he enjoyed sharing his own experiences. Overall, he found the programme to be very engaging, and this was very beneficial to his learning.
