The Learning Objectives and Challenges
Kathryn attended In Professional Development’s Senior Leadership Programme – CMI Level 7 to learn some important lessons and skills to assist her with her professional development journey, and to also benefit her within her role at Ealing Mencap.
The Learning Experience
Kathryn found the trainer to be very engaging and intelligent in their communications and facilitations. She was also impressed by the trainer’s ability to give all the participants time to speak and for them to be listened to. Kathryn also found the materials to all be very well prepared and easy to access. She also found that doing the course virtually was much better for her.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
Kathryn found that meeting others, learning new tools and new methodologies has been very beneficial to her role. Also, the ability to share experiences and discuss ideas on the course has been very helpful for her role.
