Emma Straw wanted to learn strategies and lessons to enhance her skills within her role. She attended our Digital Marketing and Social Media Programme to learn best digital practices and to learn digital trends that will benefit her within her role.
The Learning Experience
Emma found that the tutor ensured that the training programme flowed well for the delegates. She found the tutor to be highly alert and he was always ready to answer questions and queries from the delegates regarding the course. She found the tutor to be very helpful, informative and that the presentations always seemed to flow smoothly.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
In particular, Emma found that the flowcharts, 7 Ps, audience personas and breaking down how to create and manage a digital marketing campaign from start to finish to be very useful to her role. She also found that the course has given her a greater understanding of social media adverts and Google AdWords which will be of benefit to her within her role.
