The Learning Experience
On the programme James found the tutor to be very knowledgeable. She explained all the elements of the course in the right level of detail, and she was able to expand on the information when needed if there were any questions from the wider group. James also found the tutor to be very welcoming and personable. James found the group work and shared experiences from other course participants to be very useful.
How has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
James very much enjoyed the course. The EDI skills and knowledge learned on the programme will be implemented well within his role in public service.
