Paula Gillespie is a Senior Corporate Services Officer at NICCY.

NICCY, otherwise known as the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People, is designed to safeguard and promote the rights and best interests of children and young people.

Paula attended In Professional Development’s Executive Mini MBA Accelerator Programme in order to learn important skills and strategies to further benefit her within her role.

Paula found that all the tutors were very knowledgeable in their respective subjects, and they all encouraged discussions throughout the training course, ensuring that they were engaging all the participants. Paula also found the knowledge that was discussed and shared throughout the group was very useful. She found that going back to a classroom based environment and revisiting various academics and theories to be very useful. Paula found the training course and the overall service provided to be very good.

Paula really enjoyed the training course, and the knowledge and theories she has learned on the training course will benefit her within her role and also in furthering her career development.
