The Learning Objectives and Challenges

Russell enrolled on our CMI Level 5: Sales Leadership and Management Programme , and some of his learning aims were to learn how to start thinking differently, learn how to plan for recruitment and to learn how to handle difficult situations.

The Learning Experience

Jonathan found the course to be very beneficial. Out of the 3 days of the programme, Jonathan found each of the three days to be beneficial to his role. He found the that his learning objectives were met on the programme, and he learned a great deal about planning for recruitment and he also learned more about how to handle difficult situations. He found the programme to be fantastic.
