Paula found that all the tutors were very knowledgeable in their respective subjects, and they all encouraged discussions throughout the training course, ensuring that they were engaging all the participants. Paula also found the knowledge that was discussed and shared throughout the group was very useful. She found that going back to a classroom-based environment and revisiting various academics and theories to be very useful. Paula found the training course and the overall service provided to be very good.
