The Learning Objectives and Challenges
Sabio Group recently unveiled a new strategy and values. They have a renewed focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. There has been a drive around wellbeing and resilience in their equality, diversity and inclusion strategy as a whole. They were looking for some help and guidance on where to improve their journey.
The Learning Experience
Lynsey appreciated the tutors allowing them the flexibility to talk and to discuss. She found that they got the amount of theory right. The ability to talk through with all of the other attendees was valuable in gaining insight and guidance on different views. Lynsey would definitely recommend anyone to attend this course who has Wellbeing, Resilience, Equality and Inclusion at the forefront of their objectives.
How Has Your Training Benefited You So Far?
The programme has allowed Lynsay to take back the learnings to her business and start to put in place a plan for her team and her projects. Lynsay has started to implement some of the learnings already in her company, and started to see the difference.
