A 3-day programme held at venues across the UK.

This executive coaching and mentoring course reflects current practice, focusing on what effective coaching and mentoring looks like and drawing links to the achievement of goals.

The programme is highly self-reflective and will help individuals develop a better understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses and the influence they can have on others.  Participants will gain an insight into their role in building a performance focused culture and how to maximise internal resources to build high performing teams.  The Programme has been designed to help in the engagement of staff so that they become more productive and satisfied in their work.

Course delegates will experience and reflect upon different coaching approaches, develop a sound understanding of effective coaching methods, and learn how they can adapt and develop their own approach to leadership within their organisation.  At this level, the course will focus on individual self-awareness and how different individuals relate to others.
