This course on Negotiating Confidently will introduce theory and practical application relating to approaches to negotiation.

We will consider the ground-rules for successful negotiations, consider the underpinning psychology of those involved in negotiations and we will then explore how this impacts human responses in a negotiation situation. The role of Emotional Intelligence will be part of our considerations. Next, we will introduce strategies for the successful use of negotiation tools. Finally, we will undertake a number of negotiation exercises that will help learners to make the learned tools a reality.
