The theoretical elements of the programme were pitched perfectly for anyone working in a leadership and development role.

I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to discuss ideas in small groups, then to come together to share our thoughts.

Among the sessions I took most from were those which covered reflective practice, schema theory and practical business issues.

Tutor Alex Firmin was brilliant, with a great blend of delivery and facilitation. His style allowed a safe space for people to contribute, which I appreciated.

Verdict

I would recommend this course. The content was so engaging and relevant, and generated some great learning conversations.

The tutor was fantastic and had a real skill at keeping the pace engaging as well as creating an environment in which we could contribute ideas and debate theory.

I was sceptical about a five-day course delivered on Zoom, and feared my attention might waiver. However, the opposite happened! This is testament to the content, the tutor and the group.
