NEDplus offers an innovative challenger product to the NED market that allows business owners to take advantage of Gunnercooke’s unique lawyer, advisor, consultant offering by providing organisations with a cost effective solution combining an experienced NED/advisor to support the Board; supplemented by a team of specialist advisors from their 350+ team of Solicitors, Barristers, Operating Partners and Consultants.
This unique service provides businesses with an affordable route to securing the proven benefits of an experienced NED whilst also providing agile access to an experienced team of specialist legal and professional advisors to support the specific needs of the business as and when they arise.
Gunnercooke will also do a formal appraisal of the Board every 12 months, in line with the requirements of the governance code, including ensuring the lead NED is the appropriate person for taking the business through it’s next 12 month cycle.
This advice has been thought through from a practical, commercial and legal perspective, helping you to;

- Provide the platform for growth across the organisation by accessing specialist knowledge when you need it across a range of functional areas

Zoom is used to facilitate the delivery of all our open courses and it’s strongly suggested that delegates download the Zoom app for a more immersive experience! If you are unable to download the app, you can still access the meeting via a web browser link.
The virtual programmes cover the same learning outcomes and course agenda as the face to face programmes. Training is adaptable; the tutor has the ability to respond to the delegate group needs in a more instant way.
The programme is highly engaging and includes participative learning. To ensure that delegates are getting the most out of their learning experience, tutors build in interactive breakout sessions to facilitate delegates working through real world tasks and challenges. Tutors will also make learning interactive by including polls, the whiteboard/annotate function and videos.
The course running times are roughly 9am-4:30/5:00pm each day including 2 breaks and a lunch. Please ensure that you are available and avoid booking meetings/ work commitments during the training.
Following on from course attendance, delegates can expect to receive the full course content and supporting materials. The slides and documents will be emailed out at the end of each day, this content will compliment your new found wealth of new knowledge and skills. On the final day of the programme you will be emailed your digital badge and certificate from Credly or the associated next steps to complete your accreditation.
You will have continued contact and support from your tutors, peers and accreditation once the programme has finished. you will have access to a dedicated WhatsApp group and the contact details of your tutor.
