In Professional Development Shortlisted for CMI’s Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2022

In Professional Development Shortlisted for CMI’s Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2022

A leadership and management training provider who has supported large, national organisations with their expertise has been shortlisted for Outstanding Training Provider of the Year as part of the 2022 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Awards.

In Professional Development have been recognised as a non-HE provider producing exceptional positive impact on the learner experience, professional development, and personal performance as a result of its partnership with the CMI.

At a time when businesses are reporting difficulties in maintaining services in light of staffing shortages and low workforce productivity, In Professional Development have proudly facilitated a range of CMI training solutions. These have been delivered to major organisations in the private sector, including the English Football League and American Express, as well as the public sector, such as the NHS.

David Hall, CEO of In Professional Development, said:

“As a business, we have put in a lot of hard work to promote our CMI qualifications and their benefits to learners, so we are delighted that this has been recognised in our shortlisting for Outstanding Training Provider of the Year.

“The high volume of registrations for our CMI courses speaks for itself. Working in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute brings an immeasurable difference to the content of our programmes.

“We are so proud to bring high-quality, market-led learning to the professional market.”

A spokesperson for the CMI added:

We are constantly astounded by our partners' ingenuity and dedication to their learners’ development and employability. In a year that has brought about unique challenges and as we adapt to a new normal, we are seeing some remarkable innovation from our partners to create better managers.

“We would like to say a massive congratulations to all of our shortlisted partners, both learners and organisations, and a special thanks to all who entered.”

The winner of the award will be announced in November 2022.
