The Career Transition Partnership
The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is a partnering agreement between the Ministry of Defence and Right Management. Ltd, who is the global career and talent development expert within ManpowerGroup.
We provide resettlement services for those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines regardless of time served. We also operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire from the Service leavers and veterans pool of talent. These relationships open up routes to employment which are accessed by leavers through our jobsite, CTP RightJob and a range of online and in-person employer events.
To date, we’ve helped over 300,000 Service leavers make their move into civilian life and supported thousands of organisations looking to employ ex-Service personnel.

The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board
The ECITB works with employers and training providers to attract, develop and qualify the engineering construction workforce in a wide range of craft, technical and professional disciplines. We invest about £25 million each year to support skills development within the industry.
The organisation was established to address a market failure within the industry to provide training to its workforce. The ECITB addresses this market failure through its levy and grant system, which is used to drive up skill levels and fund training that would otherwise not take place.
Along with the education sector, government and employers, we work to ensure the UK has workers with the skills to meet the needs of the engineering construction industry. We design and award a wide range of qualifications, covering craft, technical and managerial disciplines. We are also responsible for developing and maintaining National Occupational Standards for the industry, which form the basis of our Training Standards, Vocational Qualifications, Technical Tests and Licensed Programmes, delivered by our approved network of training providers.

SSAFA
SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, has been providing practical, emotional, and financial support to our Forces and their families since 1885. In 2021 their teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 79,000 people in need, from Second World War veterans to those who have served in more recent conflicts or are still currently serving, and their families.
SSAFA understands that behind every uniform is a person. They are there for that person and their family – any time they need them, in any way they need them, for as long as they need them.
Against Breast Cancer
Against Breast Cancer is the story of the personal crusade of our founders Dr Anthony Leathem and his wife Patricia in their quest for a future free of breast cancer.
Against Breast Cancer funds groundbreaking cancer research to improve detection, treatment and increase survival after breast cancer diagnosis. The focus of our research is preventing secondary spread, the main cause of breast cancer related deaths.
Today, Against Breast Cancer funds pioneering research into new treatments, tools for earlier diagnosis and advice to reduce the risk of recurrence and secondary spread. Working with expert scientists we want to increase the survival rates of all breast cancer patients and ultimately, discover a vaccine against breast cancer.
Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Services
The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. Providing financial support in each of a maximum of three separate financial years, the scheme enables higher level learning of a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 or above (or approved international equivalent) with an approved Learning Provider.

Positive Dyslexia Ltd
Positive Dyslexia was set up in 2016 by Katrina Cochrane, in order to raise awareness of dyslexia and co-occuring difficulties and support the needs of both Adults and Children. We can also help employers, schools and parents.
Katrina Cochrane, has spent nearly 25 years in education - this is her 20th year as a a Dyslexia Specialist. She spent 14 years with Dyslexia Action as Principal and Southern Regional Manager then 4 with the British Dyslexia Association as Head of Education and Policy ( and more recently returned as acting Director of Education and CPD ). She has been a Tutor for teachers on the Dyslexia Action PostGraduate Diploma course and helped write the Accredited Level 7 course for specialist teachers for the BDA. Katrina has written several SASC Accredited courses for the BDA, co-written their Level 4 course for Employers, and is a long standing APC Reviewer for them. She has spent 12 years os a Board Member or the BDA Accreditation Board , currently as Joint Vice Chair. Katrina mentors assessors renewing their Assessment Practicing Certificate and is also a Trustee of the Adult Dyslexia Centre (www.adc.org.uk )
Katrina has co-written two books on Dyslexia and presented many training sessions and webinars and was very proud to receive an Award at the 2018 BDA Awards for going "Above and Beyond". (see photo taken at the BDA Awards Dinner).
