    In today's diverse workplace environment, embracing neurodiversity offered a unique opportunity to encourage inclusion and belonging for all employees.

    The Institute of Professional Development is dedicated to enhancing individual, team, and organisational performance through innovative research and the exchange of best practices. The Institute proudly hosted the Leading Neurodiverse Teams in the Workplace event, which shared best practices for creating a neuroinclusive work environment and provided insights into effectively supporting neurodivergent employees.

    At The Neurodiversity at Work Conference 2024, participants gained expert insights into creating a workplace culture that supported neurodiverse employees. The event explored how managers and team leaders adapted their leadership styles to empower neurodiverse team members and discussed strategies for inclusive recruitment and hiring practices to attract and retain neurodiverse talent.
