I found being aware that everyone views the world through a different lens from you and the impact that can have on people’s behaviour was very helpful. I left the course with new ideas and perspectives, great course.

Claire Williams, HR Manager - The Shipowners Protection Ltd

Managing Inclusivity in the Workplace is essential for today’s leaders, as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has become a core management competence and a key driver of competitive advantage. Employees increasingly expect organisations to prioritise DEI, making it critical for managers, team leaders, DEI champions, and allies at all levels to develop the skills and confidence to create meaningful change.

This course provides a practical, insight-driven learning experience, offering the latest research and best practice to help you manage diverse workforces effectively. Covering key areas such as the legal framework, unconscious bias, challenging non-inclusive behaviour, allyship, and active bystander intervention, you’ll gain essential knowledge to foster a more inclusive workplace. The course also explores the shift from equality to equity, equipping you with actionable strategies to value difference and create a fairer, more inclusive organisation.

With a highly collaborative and participative approach, this programme encourages reflection on your own role, challenges, and solutions. Led by an experienced course leader, you’ll engage in discussions with peers and leave with enhanced clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to drive real change in your workplace.
