A former Civil Engineer turned Business Psychologist and Executive Coach, William brings over 15 years of experience facilitating transformative learning experiences across sectors.

At the forefront of AI-powered learning, he leads the design and development of AI training at InPD, helping organisations harness emerging technologies to accelerate people development and drive sustainable change. His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by a deep understanding of how people learn and adapt—ensuring that every course delivers impact, not just information.

William holds a certificate in AI for Leadership from MIT and AI Ethics from the London School of Economics. He has been using AI for over three years to redesign how training is delivered—making it more adaptive, interactive, and aligned with real-world business needs.

Martin Wright is a senior learning and organisational development professional with global experience across 30 countries and a strong track record of helping organisations drive real behaviour change. His industry experience spans sectors including finance, government, healthcare, retail, construction, and technology. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Martin excels at translating complex ideas—especially in AI—into simple, actionable tools that drive impact in a commercial context.

He holds a Master’s in Information Systems from Lancaster University and a certificate in AI Ethics from the London School of Economics. In recent years, Martin has been supporting organisations in exploring the potential of artificial intelligence—designing sector-specific AI learning programmes, he also continues to design  and deliver accredited leadership and sales development courses worldwide.

Brian is a seasoned strategy and education leader with a distinguished global track record in senior management, learning design, and AI-powered innovation. With over 15 years of experience across the UK, Southern Africa, and international development spaces, Brian blends strategic foresight with a passion for transformative learning technologies. 

Currently a tutor and AI Innovator at Kaplan Financial UK, he received global recognition for his award-winning presentation on Generative AI-powered learner engagement in 2024. He has developed numerous AI-enhanced teaching and engagement tools—from interactive chatbots and voice agents to marketing automation impacting students across professional, academic, and corporate learning environments. 

Previously serving as General Manager at Intellectus Campus and Portfolio Head for ACCA Southern Africa, Brian has led multi-country teams, delivered high-impact learning programs, and driven organisational transformation through innovation, customer focus, and operational excellence. His consultative leadership and facilitation skills have supported global agencies including UNDP, GiZ, and UNICEF. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Derby, is a Fellow of ACCA, and is certified in Enterprise Risk Management, Information Systems Audit, and Balanced Scorecard Strategy. As a licensed business coach and thought leader, Brian remains committed to equipping learners and institutions to thrive in the age of AI.
