What challenge were you looking to address?

I was dabbling in AI like many others, but I quickly realised we weren’t using it to its full potential. There was a growing awareness that we needed to understand AI better—not just for experimentation, but to use it strategically across the business. I knew we had to move from uncertainty to clarity and put some structure around how AI could support our operations.

“It’s the only course I’ve been on in my career where literally the following day we implemented stuff – and it’s made a difference already.”

What was the solution you opted for?

When I saw the AI course, I thought it was perfect for me. It offered not just information, but a structured learning environment where I could really understand how to implement AI effectively in our business. We chose it because it wasn’t just theoretical—it was practical and immediately applicable.

“We needed to quickly do a survey to see how people were using AI currently and then get policies in place.”

What was the approach to the training?

The trainers had so much expertise. They provided practical tips, showcased tools I didn’t even know existed, and were really clear about what to do – and just as importantly – what not to do. It was hands-on and grounded in real business use, which made it incredibly useful from day one.

“AI is going to be a fabulous tool for us – it’s already saving hours of work and allowing us to refocus our resources, this is massive for us as an SME.”

What value did INPD bring?

The course brought immediate value. It’s honestly the only training I’ve done in my career where we implemented things the very next day—and saw an impact straight away. I sat down with my fellow directors, and now we’re all using AI constructively. It’s helped us think strategically, create efficiencies, and even develop new tools like sales playbooks and analysis tools.

“The course was so enlightening – it’s made a real impact on how we operate.”

What were the 3 key takeaways that the training impacted you and your organisation?

  • Confidence to explore and implement AI – I no longer feel uncertain about AI. The training gave me the knowledge and tools to use it meaningfully across the business, starting immediately.
  • Clarity on responsible AI use – We realised the importance of understanding how AI was already being used internally, which led to us conducting a survey and starting to shape clear policies for the future.
  • Efficiency through smarter processes – We’ve already started using AI to streamline tasks like sales playbooks, ISO objectives, and data analysis. It’s saving time and allowing our team to focus on higher-value work.

“If you’ve got a slight interest in AI and want to drive efficiency and free up your team, do this course.”
